National Eucharistic Revival

When the Spirit Called for Revival, the Bishops Called 5 Stones

The Mission

It began with a whisper from the Holy Spirit—an invitation for the Church in America to find hope, healing, unity, and renewal by returning her first love: Jesus in the Eucharist. God was stirring up the hearts of his people to Eucharistic Revival!

The bishops of the United States discerned that this movement was from the Lord, and they knew they needed help to ensure every Catholic in America received the invitation to be a part of it.

The Problem

Recent studies—while varying in language and detail—all pointed to a clear crisis of faith among Catholics in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. The shepherds of the Church in the United States hoped to start a powerful grassroots movement, marked by historic moments in 2024. The vision was monumental, and the clock was ticking!

The Solution

They were looking for a unicorn: a deeply Catholic, experienced marketing and creative agency partner who shared their vision and had a full staff of experts ready to make this happen. There was only one thing to do: they called 5 Stones.

Our hearts leapt at the opportunity to be a part of this beautiful movement! 5 Stones was founded with initiatives like this in mind, and the mission of the Eucharistic Revival aligns perfectly with the core of who we are and how we operate.

Everything we do is centered on Jesus. Even our office building is designed with Jesus at the very center so that our team members can spend time in Eucharistic Adoration every single day, attend Mass weekly, and gather together to pray for our clients and intentions. All our work flows from the Eucharist. This made 5 Stones the perfect partner to support the National Eucharistic Revival, Congress, and Pilgrimage.

The first thing the Eucharistic Revival needed was a memorable brand that evoked the ancient beauty of our faith while retaining a modern appeal. 5 Stones crafted the Revival, Congress, and Pilgrimage brands with compelling visuals and cohesive messaging. Then we built and maintained interconnected websites for these initiatives, going above and beyond to “make something beautiful for God.”

We also tackled all communications, newsletters, and editorial emails, discerning and executing a layered strategy to engage the many different audiences this movement needed to reach and serve. Many of these communications were written in the Real Presence of our Eucharistic Lord. 5 Stones also managed the digital advertising strategy and execution for these three brands. We provided organic social media support and soon expanded to provide live phone support via our talented customer service team. Our warehouse team helped with shipping and fulfillment. When the Congress needed a custom app built to deliver exclusive content, our tech team made it happen! The more the Revival grew, the more roles 5 Stones filled.

Without 5 Stones, there is no Eucharistic Revival, Pilgrimage, and Congress.

The Results

The sparks of revival were fanned into flame nationwide with grassroots efforts in nearly every diocese and parish in the United States. Thousands upon thousands of Catholics participated in the first-ever National Eucharistic Pilgrimage and the 10th National Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis.

But the movement didn't end with those moments. The real impact of this incredible initiative will be the grace that continues to pour from this movement as God sets his people ablaze with renewed Eucharistic faith, refreshed hope, and overflowing missionary love! This Revival will impact generations of Catholics, bearing fruit long after the official three-year initiative ends.

We are honored to have been a part of this historic moment in the Church, and we look forward to serving many more apostolates as the Church enters an exciting new season of mission!

“5 Stones has been the ideal partner from the beginning for the Eucharistic Revival, Congress, and Pilgrimage. They know the Church, and they know marketing. Few agencies can do it all—5 Stones has tackled strategy and execution for our email marketing, social channels, web development, shipping/fulfillment, and resource creation. Our communications strategy is easily the area in which we receive the most compliments!”

“The 5 Stones team has been a pivotal partner throughout the National Eucharistic Revival. The team internalized the mission and vision of the Revival and then provided insightful recommendations about how best to connect with various audiences. With attentive ears for listening to what the client wants to accomplish, discerning hearts to pray with the content, and keen eyes to attend to the details of each deliverable, 5 Stones models the ‘art of accompaniment.’ All this with beautiful graphic design work and a data-informed decision-making process focused on real impact! If you need a marketing partner for a mission you care deeply about, I recommend calling 5 Stones.”
